I have been living in Bozeman, Montana for twenty seven years, and have enjoyed raising my two daughters here. I enjoy the lifestyle the northern rockies has to offer including rock climbing, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping, and the changes of the seasons.
I have always wanted to do some kind of "bodywork" and Massage Therapy was the perfect fit. I have had a private practice for 25 years, with extensive training in a variety of modalities. Although my menu separates the kinds of body therapies I do, I am a very integrated practitioner, with a keen sense of what is appropriate for the client.
I have trained and studied with the best: John Barnes, Paul St.John, Cynthia Ribeiro, Erik Dalton, Ben Benjamin, Save Your Hands, and more.
I am also an educator of massage therapy, having taught in a massage school for the better part of 15 years. My expertise is broad and deep, and I have facilitated many students through their journey in becoming a Massage Therapist.
I am Nationally Certified since 1993, and am state licensed in Montana. I recently have become a Certified Injury Prevention Instructor for manual therapists, and will continue to educate practitioners to work safely and effectively in this fantastic profession!
I am passionate about Bodywork all the way around. I love facilitaing the healing process, making people feel great, and supporting the variety of benefits Massage Therapy has to offer.
